The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division will hold a public meeting on May 24, 2011 to gather public input and discuss management decisions for the bass fishery on Lake Allatoona. Fisheries biologists will present information on the spotted bass fishery and discuss a proposed length limit change. Those interested are encouraged to bring this meeting to the attention of others that also may be interested in participating. 

The meeting will take place on May 24, 2011 from 7 pm – 9 pm at the Cartersville Civic Center (435 W. Main Street, Cartersville, GA 30120).
